🏠 What if my child misses a class?

  • If your child is attending 3 days a week we do not have a make up option at this time but we have discounted your payment to include one free day a month.

  • If your child is attending 1 or 2 days per week we can offer one make up class per month. This day would be determined by your child's schedule.

  • Illness and pre-planned travel are eligible reasons for make-up days.
     

  • If your family will be taking an extended trip, please talk to me about prorating your tuition.

  • We currently require an advanced notice of one month for travel plans to make any adjustments to payments. This will provide time to temporarily fill your space if need be. Last minute plans will unfortunately not be able to be prorated.

📚 What about Step Up funding?

  • We are currently in the process of being approved as a direct provider through Step Up.
     

  • Once approved, you will be able to apply your scholarship funds directly.
     

  • We’ll also work out reimbursement options for deposits or payments made before approval goes through.

🧒 Can I stay with my child until they are comfortable ?

  • Absolutely. We welcome parents to stay and support their child if they are nervous or uncertain in a new space.
